Why Avid
You agree every placement before it runs, and we measure the answer after.
We find the gap, agree the publishers with you, brief them and read the answer every day afterwards. You brief us once, and it runs as one campaign. No tool, media buy or PR pitch does all four on its own.
Three things working together
The network, the experts and the platform. The combination is what does it.
Trusted media partners
A global network of 600+ media brands, 500+ in Australia and a growing UK network.
People who have briefed these titles for years
They have placed editorial-standard content with these publishers since 2016, and they know what a model needs before it will repeat a claim.
The platform both sides already work in
Your brief, the approvals and the go-live run through Campaign Manager, and the publishers are in there with you, which is why one brief reaches all of them.
A single brand or a generalist agency can manage one of these. Scale and consistency take all three at once.
What makes Avid different
Four claims, each with the proof behind it.
Every placement is booked before a word is written
You know where every piece will run before we write a word.
You sign off the publisher mix and the claims in Campaign Manager before we approach anyone. The publishers are already working in the platform with you, so one brief reaches all of them, and every draft comes back to you before it goes live.
We find where the gap is
Named and cited are different wins, and you need both.
Named means your brand appears in the answer. Cited means one of your pages was used to build it. We track four measures for every topic: how often you are named, how early, your share of all brand mentions, and how positive the language is when your brand is described, out of 100.
One coordinated campaign, built to a content standard
You brief us once, and every piece that goes out follows the same standard.
Four rules sit in every brief: the answer first, in a sentence a model can lift out whole; a claim with a number, traceable to your own site; the same claim on three or more unconnected publishers in the same window; and a refresh cycle, because models favour the most recently updated source.
Measured daily against the questions that found the gap
You see the answer change against the same questions used to find the gap.
The same tracked questions run daily on the same engines, a live dashboard updates as data lands, a summary goes out fortnightly, and the full read is re-run against baseline every 13 weeks.
Against the alternatives
Each one has a piece of it. Avid has all five in one campaign.
| Who | What they offer | What is missing |
|---|---|---|
| SEO and AI visibility agencies | Diagnosis. They can tell you where you are losing visibility. | No publisher network to fix it. |
| Media agencies | Publisher relationships and placement. | Not built around what makes a model cite a page. No agreed placements, no consistency across titles. |
| PR agencies | Earned credibility and a trusted voice. | Coverage is pitched, not agreed. The claim and the timing are out of your hands, and nothing is measured against the questions buyers ask. |
| Doing it yourself | Existing relationships and full control. | One team cannot coordinate one story across enough sources, fast enough, for a model to notice. |
| Optimising your own content | Full control, no dependency on anyone else. | Models largely do not weight it. Your own domain has close to no correlation with whether you get cited. |
The team that finds your gap briefs the publishers and reads the answer afterwards, so there is one campaign to run and one number to defend.
